At Auto Accessories.ie, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards, personalized products, and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@autoaccessories.ie with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
- If the item is defective or damaged, please include photographs as evidence.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@autoaccessories.ie for further instructions.
