At Auto Accessories.ie, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards, personalized products, and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@autoaccessories.ie  with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
  2. If the item is defective or damaged, please include photographs as evidence.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@autoaccessories.ie  for further instructions.
